UMBRELLA HEAD
Welcome to Umbrella Head - the miniature and enigmatic mid-Wales music label, and home to the poetry & artwork of vocalist Dylan Jones.
Umbrella Head was founded in the summer of 2000 to house the musical output of 'The Sheiling' - a loose gathering of Aberystwyth-based musicians whose musical influences range from the devoutly traditional to the distinctly rootsy.
There are currently four 'Sheiling' albums available: A Touch of Rain, Shape I'm In, Remnants and a new Sheiling 17 track compilation CD - 'Life in a Box' - which is now available from www.fourdogsmusic.co.uk
The poetry side of the label currently includes two audio CDs: 'Selected
Poems' by Dylan Jones and 'The Next Worst
Thing' by Ruth Adatia, Dylan Jones and Stuart Jones.
